Senior citizens and their families needed one simple place to buy everyday care products and to find the right phone number quickly, without having to depend on calls or paper lists.
The interface had to be easy for older users: large text, clear buttons and very few steps.
We built an e-commerce store with a clear catalogue, cart and order flow, and a searchable phone directory for contacts and services. Everything uses large type, strong contrast and short flows so first-time and older users can use it without help.
A simple admin panel lets the team manage products, orders and directory entries on their own.
