Terms of Service

By using this website or engaging BR Creators you agree to these terms. Individual projects are governed by the written proposal or agreement we sign with you, which takes priority if it differs.

Services and scope

Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in a written proposal before work begins. Changes to scope are agreed in writing and may change the price and timeline.

Payments

Fees are paid according to the milestones in the proposal. Work may pause if an invoice is overdue.

Client content and responsibilities

You are responsible for providing content, access and timely feedback, and for having the right to use any material you supply.

Ownership

On full payment you own the deliverables created for you, including source code unless agreed otherwise. Third-party tools and libraries remain under their own licences. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat your non-public business information as confidential and expect the same of you. We are happy to sign an NDA or MOU.

Warranties and liability

We take care in our work and fix defects in delivered work reported within the support period stated in the proposal. We cannot guarantee specific business results such as search rankings, traffic or revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the project in question.

Termination

Either party may end a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to that point remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
