The challenge

Selling medicines online is different from selling anything else: prescription medicines must not be sold without a valid prescription. We built a pharmacy store where safety checks are part of the ordering flow.

What users and owners were struggling with

Prescription control. Medicines that need a prescription must be checked before an order is fulfilled.
Manual verification. Checking prescriptions over chat or phone is slow and easy to get wrong.
Customer inconvenience. People have to visit a shop or send photos on messaging apps.
Trust. Customers want to know the pharmacy is careful and legitimate.
Order handling. Pending approvals and normal orders can get mixed up.

Our approach

We built the approval step into the order itself, so a prescription medicine cannot be completed until it has been reviewed.

How we solved it

Medicine catalogue. Search and browse with clear labels for prescription items.
Prescription upload. Customers upload a prescription when they order.
Doctor login. Doctors can review and approve orders.
Approval-based ordering. Prescription orders move forward only after approval.
Cart and checkout. Simple payment flow for approved and over-the-counter items.
Admin dashboard. Manage medicines, stock, prescriptions and orders.
