The challenge

Phones are bought on specifications, price and variant, and accessories must fit the exact model. We built a store that makes it easy to find the right phone and the right accessory, and makes stock easy to manage.

What users and owners were struggling with

  • Hard to compare phones. Buyers cannot quickly see differences in specifications.
  • Variant confusion. Colour, storage and RAM options are unclear or out of stock.
  • Wrong accessories. Customers buy cases and chargers that do not fit their model.
  • Stock errors. Selling something that is not available causes cancellations.
  • Slow, cluttered stores. Heavy pages lose mobile shoppers.
