The challenge

Many small businesses still bill by hand or in spreadsheets. That leads to wrong tax, stock that does not match the shelf and hours lost at month end. We built GST billing and inventory software that keeps invoices, stock and tax in sync.

What users and owners were struggling with

  • Manual billing errors. Wrong rates, quantities or taxes creep into hand-made invoices.
  • GST mistakes. Missing or incorrect tax details cause return mismatches and rework.
