The challenge

Paper cards get lost, run out at events and go out of date the moment a phone number or role changes. We built a digital visiting card platform so a business card can live on a phone and be shared in seconds.

What users and owners were struggling with

  • Lost and forgotten cards. People run out at events or leave the box in the office.
  • Outdated details. Any change in number, role or address means reprinting.
  • Manual saving. The person receiving the card has to type your details into their phone.
  • No follow-up data. You never know who looked at your card or whether they were interested.
  • Cramped format. A printed card cannot hold your website, services, social links and location.

Our approach

We built a mobile-first card page that opens instantly from a link or QR code, with the actions people actually want to take: call, message, email, navigate, or save.

How we solved it

  • One link, one QR. Share by QR code, link or message. Nothing to carry or reprint.
  • One-tap actions. Call, WhatsApp, email, directions and website open straight from the card.
  • Save to contacts. Visitors can store the contact on their phone with one tap.
  • Always current. Edit the card in the dashboard and everyone sees the update immediately.
  • Rich profile. Services, links, social profiles and location fit on one clean page.
