The challenge

A news and blog site lives or dies by how fast it can publish and how well it can be found. Blog of Time needed to cover many topics, support several writers and stay quick and clean for readers.

What users and owners were struggling with

Slow publishing. Clunky editors and approvals delay stories.
Hard to be found. Without proper structure and metadata, good articles never reach search.
Messy categories. Readers cannot find the topic they care about.
