For a manufacturer or exporter, the website is usually the first thing a new buyer sees. Here are five mistakes we see again and again.
1. No clear statement of what you make and for whom
Lead with the products and industries you serve, in plain language. Buyers should understand your business within ten seconds.
2. Product pages without specifications
Add specifications, certifications, packaging and minimum order details. Buyers compare suppliers on these facts.
3. Proof is missing
Show real plant photos, certificates, client names you have permission to use and real case studies. Placeholder testimonials do more harm than having none.
4. Inquiry forms that ask too little, or too much
Capture product, quantity, destination and timeline. It qualifies buyers and makes your reply faster and better.
5. A slow, broken mobile experience
Most first visits happen on a phone. Test on a real device and fix what feels slow.
