Project Overview
BR Creators designed and developed a tailor-made, cloud-hosted billing and inventory management system from scratch. The software was purpose-built to match their exact workflow — no unnecessary complexity, no bloated features. The system handles everything from product catalogue management and real-time stock tracking to GST-calculated invoicing with CGST, SGST, and IGST breakdowns. Every invoice is automatically generated as a professional PDF and can be instantly shared with the customer via WhatsApp — either as a direct message or through their WhatsApp broadcast channel for bulk updates and promotional campaigns.
One of the standout features is the complete historical data access — the store owner can look up any transaction, any invoice, any stock movement from any date going back years. This eliminated the nightmare of digging through paper registers during tax filing season.
