Project Overview
BR Creators built a fully customized tailor management software from the ground up, designed specifically around Riyanka's daily workflow. The system is minimal, fast, and incredibly easy to use — even for staff who have never used a computer for business before.
The software manages the entire lifecycle of every order: from the moment a customer walks in for measurements to the final delivery. It captures detailed body measurements, stores reference images uploaded by the customer or the tailor, tracks the tailoring progress at each stage, and automatically sends visit timeline notifications to clients so they know exactly when to come for trials and pickup.
The system has two distinct login roles — an Admin dashboard for the business owner to track revenue, billing, payments, and overall business health, and a Worker/Tailor login for the team to manage orders, update progress, and record measurements. This separation ensures the tailors focus on their craft while the owner maintains full financial visibility.
Wedding season orders, which are the most complex and high-value, get special treatment with priority flags, multi-piece tracking (lehenga, blouse, dupatta, sherwani sets), and timeline management to ensure nothing misses a deadline.
BR Creators handles the complete technical lifecycle — development, cloud hosting, domain setup, security, backups, and an ongoing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) — so Riyanka can focus entirely on their craft while the technology runs flawlessly in the background.
Problem Statement

Orders were tracked in physical registers — finding a specific customer's measurements or order status meant flipping through hundreds of pages
Body measurements were written on loose slips of paper that were frequently lost or mixed up, leading to costly re-work and unsatisfied customers
No way to share order progress with clients — customers would call repeatedly asking "Is my outfit ready?" creating friction and wasted time
Wedding season was chaotic — multi-piece orders (lehenga sets, sherwani combos) had no organized tracking, leading to missed deadlines and rushed last-minute work
The business owner had zero visibility into revenue, pending payments, or outstanding bills — everything was calculated manually at month-end
Customers expected digital communication and progress updates, but the shop had no system to send automated notifications
Reference images provided by customers (design inspirations, fabric photos) were saved in phone galleries with no link to the actual order

- Visual body diagram reference for quick, error-free measurement entry
Complete Order Management
- Create orders with fabric type, design details, reference images, delivery date, and priority level
- Multi-piece order support for wedding sets (lehenga + blouse + dupatta tracked as one order with individual statuses)
- Order stages: Measurement Taken → Cutting → Stitching → Embroidery/Work → Trial Ready → Alterations → Ready for Delivery
- Each stage update is timestamped and visible to both staff and client
Image Upload & Progress Sharing
- Upload reference images, fabric photos, and design inspirations directly against each order
- Tailors can upload work-in-progress photos at each stage
- Clients can view their order progress and images through a shared link — no app download required
- Before/after comparison once the outfit is complete
Automated Visit Timeline & Notifications
- System automatically calculates trial dates and delivery dates based on order complexity and current workload
- WhatsApp/SMS notifications sent to clients: "Your trial is scheduled for [date], please visit the shop"
- Reminder notifications 1 day before each scheduled visit
- Delivery-ready notification with pickup instructions
Two-Role Login System
- Admin (Owner): Full dashboard with revenue tracking, billing, payment status (paid/partial/pending), daily/monthly/yearly reports, customer analytics, and expense management
- Worker (Tailor): Order queue, measurement entry, progress updates, image uploads — no access to financial data
- Admin can assign orders to specific tailors and track individual productivity
Billing & Revenue Management (Admin Only)
- Generate bills with itemized pricing (fabric cost, stitching charges, embroidery charges, GST)
- Track advance payments, partial payments, and pending balances
- Daily collection reports and monthly revenue summaries
- Payment history per customer for easy reference
Hosting, Management & AMC
- Cloud-hosted for access from any device — shop counter, owner's phone, or home laptop
