Project Overview

IOGA is a Mauritius-based insurance company that needed to modernize how they sell, deliver, and manage insurance policies. Traditionally operating through agents and physical offices, IOGA wanted a digital platform that would allow customers to browse insurance products, purchase policies online, download their insurance documents instantly, and file claims without visiting a branch.

BR Creators built a complete digital insurance platform that transforms the customer experience from start to finish. Customers can explore different insurance categories, compare plans, purchase policies with secure online payment, and instantly download their insurance certificates and policy documents as PDFs. When they need to make a claim, the entire process is handled online — from filing the claim with supporting documents to tracking its status through to resolution.

The admin panel gives IOGA's team full control over insurance products, policy management, customer accounts, claims processing, payments, and reporting — turning what was once a paper-heavy operation into a streamlined digital workflow.
